Latin Hands Cleaning Services started in 2014 with a simple idea: cleaning work should be dependable for the client and dignified for the person doing it. What began as a small residential cleaning service in Hamilton has grown into a trusted team serving homes, offices and commercial spaces across the Waikato — without losing sight of why we started.
Along the way, we noticed something: some of our most reliable, hardworking cleaners were people the job market had been slow to welcome — new migrants, refugees rebuilding a life in New Zealand, and single mums juggling work around their kids. So we built our hiring around them, on purpose.
